Bill Barton is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of XS, Inc. Prior to co-founding XS, he was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he consulted to the world's leading energy and chemical companies on issues of strategy, process improvement, cost-restructuring and organizational effectiveness. Before joining Booz Allen & Hamilton, he was a design engineer with Bechtel Power Corporation.
Barton holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
