Carolina Eastern Inc. Chooses PowerSuiteXS for Sales Management and Reporting

Charleston, SC (November 18, 2011) – Carolina Eastern, Inc. has chosen XS, Inc.’s newly developed sales management and reporting application, PowerSuiteXS to put their customer and sales information directly into the hands of their field sales reps and managers. “We have lots of customer information in our systems already; we know where they are, what they farm and how much they buy but our people can’t get to it without calling the home office and asking someone to pull a report and that takes time” said Marketing Director Ernie Hinson. “The PowerSuite tool helps us pull all of that information together in one place and serve it up to our field sales force on demand”

“Carolina Eastern is one of the first ag retailers that I presented PowerSuite to so I’m really happy that they are among the first companies to subscribe to it just as it’s being released this month” said Jay Blanchfield, Business Development Director for XS. “Ernie made sure he got buy-in from his key sales managers and reps before they went forward so I was pleased to see the kind of positive response he got from them about using an online tool like this.”

PowerSuite is a powerful web-based tool that allows users to quickly and easily develop sales reports to show year-over-year sales performance at the customer, product, territory and manufacturer levels. Because it is a web-based system, subscribers don’t need to purchase any new hardware or change any their existing IT or accounting systems to use PowerSuite.
