PowerView's Performance Reporting (PR) gives you an internal view of your business, allowing you to analyze your organization's performance at multiple levels.
Price vs. Market Report – The Price vs. Market Report shows the difference between the market average price of a product vs. the actual average retail sales price for a given sales representative, branch, division or region. Report output will display actual sales prices vs. the market average for a selected product.
Prospect Potential Report – The Prospect Potential Report shows users those customers which have not purchased from retailer, but are listed in a third-party source (FMID, GIE Media, NGF) as having acreage related to crop protection, crop nutrient and seed. This report provides users with the information needed to pursue future business with these potential customers.
Sales Report - The Sales Report allows users to view sales based on products, product families or product groups. This report also allows the users to view sales based upon customer, sales rep, customer geography, and organization unit specifications. A user may also aggregate sales based on customer, rep, product, manufacturer, month or state specifications within a certain date range.
Sales vs. Potential Report – The Sales vs. Potential Report allows users to pinpoint cross-sell opportunities that may exist within their existing customer base. By entering in an expected dollar amount per grower acre in the Crop Potential Entry tool (or initially loading a default value) and comparing these results against actual sales, users can easily target the growers offering the greatest opportunity. Each report can be customized by product, customer geography, customer demographics, sales rep (only accessible by managers; sales reps can only view their own customers) and organization unit, where applicable.
Saved Reports - User has the ability to run specific reports which have been saved from previous searches.
Administrative Function - Edit Bulk Demographics – Sales representatives have the ability to edit bulk demographics by adding and editing their customers' crop acreage.
Crop Potential Entry – Division managers and those with administrative access have the ability to add/edit crops based on the amount of dollars expected for crop protection, crop nutrients and seed. Seed can also be updated at a unit level.
